ISO 13485:2016 Certification by Lloyd’s Register
The Quality Management System of M.S. Jacovides Hellas S.A. has recently been approved by Lloyd’s Register according to ISO 13485:2016 international standard. ISO 13485:2016 focuses on environmental documentation, risk management and regulatory requirements for the production and distribution of medical devices.
The new certification was built upon the company’s existing quality management certifications in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the Greek Ministerial Decision DY8d/G.P. oik/1348/2004 on medical devices good distribution practices. These certifications ensure that the company’s quality management system covers all requirements for the sale, support, handling and delivery of its medical devices.
