ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

M. S. Jacovides is organized into two sections: the Sales & Marketing department and the Support department. The latter is subdivided into Finance and Logistics & Quality.

The Sales & Marketing department is comprised of three Business Units: the Blood Management & Gatroenterology (BM.G.), the Interventional Cardiology & Radiology (I.C.R.) and the Advanced Patient (A.P.C.) Business Unit offering a complete product portfolio and  provide Customer Support services through the following functions.

 

Medical & Scientific Support

At M. S. Jacovides we believe that introducing advanced medical technology solutions in day to day medical practice, contributes to improved patient care while significantly reducing hospitalization costs. We believe that providing health professionals with up-to-date information on the specific benefits medical technology can bring to their work, accelerates the integration of innovative products to the benefit of their patients.

The company’s’ Scientific & Technical Support department, run by highly trained and qualified scientific personnel, offers in-servicing and up-to the minute, technical and scientific assistance to customers.

Tender Management

The company’s highly experienced Tender Management team (supported by legal services) is dedicated to the preparation and handling of all workload of hospital tenders, submission follow-up and quotations arising from public and private Greek hospitals.

Finance and Logistics & Quality

M. S. Jacovides’s Finance Department is fully commissioned to monitor and conform to tax legislation and comply to company’s accounting and tax responsibilities in a timely manner, to ensure that accounts fully conform to Greece’s General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), to prepare financial statements and to monitor the implementation of the company’s financial planning.

M. S. Jacovides has invested throughout the years in integrated IT solutions and applied an enterprise resource planning system (ERP), in order to ensure effective product services and management of the supply chain.

The company’s Logistics department is implementing a quality management system as per BVQI’s ISO 9001: 2015 standards.
