Athens, November 1st., 2023 – M.S. Jacovides Hellas has signed a distributor agreement with the Finnish company Bittium Biosignals Ltd., a subsidiary of Bittium Corporation, for the promotion and distribution in Greece of its innovative Bittium BrainStatus™, a wireless compact electroencephalogram (EEG) recording system for the monitoring of the electrical activity of the brain in real time.
Bittium’s BrainStatus™ device is a practical and compact wireless electroencephalogram (EEG) measurement and recording system that allows direct measurement of brains’ electrical activity in real time, both in field conditions and in hospitals’ Intensive Care Units. Bittium BrainStatus™ technology, with its quick and easy application, allows the instantaneous recording of brain activity in intensive care conditions and allows rapid diagnosis of conditions that require focused therapeutic interventions such as seizure-free epileptic state, cerebral ischemia, etc.
This new collaboration is part of M.S. Jacovides Hellas’s strategic plan to further develop partnerships with leading med-tech companies offering new innovative medical devices that improve patient quality of life.
