MSJ GROUP AWARDED BY THE CYPRUS-GREECE BUSINESS ASSOCIATION

At an official dinner held in Nicosia on 2 December 2017, the Cyprus-Greece Business Association, which operates under the auspices of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), awarded the MSJ Group of companies for its contribution to the development of Cyprus’s business and economic relations with Greece. Mr. Aris Jacovides, President & Managing Director of M.S.Jacovides Hellas SA, received the award on behalf of the MSJ Group from the President of CCCI, Nikos Agastiniotis and the Deputy Chairman of the Association, Panayiotis Papafilippou.
In his short speech, Mr. Jacovides thanked the Board of Directors of the Cyprus-Greece Business Association for the honor as well as all the partners and associates who contributed to the successful expansion of the Group in Greece since its establishment in Athens in the early 80s to date. He also assured that the Group will continue to contribute positively, with the same zeal and professionalism, in the excellent image of Cypriot businessmen in Greece and Cyprus, despite the encountered economic environment challenges.
The event honored with their presence, the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Anastasiades, the Ambassador of Greece to Cyprus, Ilias Fotopoulos, the President of the CCCI, Nikos Agastiniotis and the Secretary General of the Ministry of Finance Cyprus.
The Cyprus-Greece Business Association was established in 2005 with the aim to promote, expand and encourage economic and trade relations and cross border investments between Cyprus, Greece and the nearby region. The Association operates under the aegis of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI).
